Good Afternoon Stars,

We hope all our families continue to be safe and well during this challenging time. Thank you to all our students who continue to do their best with distance learning. Below you will see the messaging from the Board and Ministry that was announced today. As schools remain closed, we will continue with our distance learning until the end of June.

With today’s announcement, we are sure you will have questions about many things such as Grade 8 graduation, final report cards, the process for picking up your child’s personal belongings and returning school items such as textbooks, library books, etc. Throughout this closure period, all WCDSB schools are taking direction from the Ministry, Public Health and our Board. As we receive recommendations for year-end procedures, our staff will work together to put plans in place and we will continue to keep all families informed via NewsWire.

A reminder that SEB continues to strive to stay connected and show our school spirit. For the next two weeks, here is our challenge for our students and families. Show your continued gratitude for our Essential and Health Care workers. Create any display demonstrating your appreciation, snap a photo and forward to your teacher. #Together

From Kindergarten to Grade 8 we already have some great examples:
